This site is a tribute to our sailing buddy who came into our lives one cold winter morning when we found him at our back door, a cold wet kitten, his eyes barely yet apart.  We believe his mother was a feral cat that we used to leave food for in our back garden, which we never seen or heard of again since.  

As we were still refitting the boat,  we used to take him down to the yard with us and he quickly adapted to life aboard and was fully prepared to come with us on our sailing journey. 

Unfortunately, unbeknown to us, he had some kind of heart defect that led to his untimely, sudden death, at barely two years of age.  We were heart broken.
